Terms of Service

Keystory (“the service”) is operated by Kevv AI Labs Inc., a Delaware corporation (“we”, “us”), which also operates Kevv and REscript. Keystory lets licensed real estate professionals capture publicly visible listing data, organize it, and share curated views with their clients.

• Use the extension only on listing pages of the supported sites (Zillow, StreetEasy, Redfin, Realtor.com, Homes.com, Compass, OneKey MLS) and only for your own professional workflow.
• Don’t use the service to scrape sites at scale, resell data, or violate any source site’s terms.
• Don’t upload content you don’t have rights to share with your clients.
• Don’t attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse, or overwhelm the service’s infrastructure. We rate-limit aggressively.

You own everything you create in Keystory — listings, reports, narrative copy, agent profile. We have a license to store and process it solely to operate the service for you. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.

Listing facts, photos, and descriptions originate from third-party real estate portals. We don’t guarantee their accuracy or freshness. Always verify against the source listing and the MLS before relying on any number for a transaction.

Keystory uses AI to write report copy when you click “Generate narrative”, and to plan, script, narrate, and produce videos and video covers from the listing facts and photos you’ve saved. You are responsible for reviewing and editing that output before publishing or sharing — treat it as a draft, not finished work. How we handle voice samples for narration in your own voice is described in section 4 of our Privacy Policy.

Pro is a $29 monthly subscription with 300 credits per paid cycle and unlimited saved listings. Free includes 20 credits every month and capacity for 100 listings. Free credits renew monthly on the day you created your account and expire at the end of that monthly cycle; Pro credits expire at the end of the following full billing cycle. On upgrade, unused current Free credits are replaced and current Free credits already used are deducted from the first Pro grant.

One-time packs cost $15 for 100 credits, $39 for 300, or $119 for 1,000. Purchased credits expire 12 months after purchase and remain available after subscription cancellation. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or withdrawn. There are no automatic top-ups. Existing content remains available after cancellation.

Creation costs are shown before submission. Credits are reserved at submission and spent on successful delivery. System failures return reserved credits; if they expired during processing, returned credits have a 7-day use period. Voluntary Cinematic cancellation after supplier generation starts consumes the reserved credits.

First Cinematic Tour offer. Your account's first Cinematic Tour costs 100 credits instead of the usual 200, once per account. It applies to the first Cinematic Tour you start while your account has no delivered Cinematic Tour and no other Cinematic Tour is using the offer; tours started at the same time are charged the usual price. If that tour cannot be delivered, or you cancel it before narration and filming start, its credits are returned and the offer stays available. If you cancel after they start, the tour is charged at the offer price and the offer is used. Spending through another Kevv app is charged at that app's listed price and does not use the offer. The price shown before you submit is the price charged.

New verified accounts receive 20 welcome credits valid for 30 days, once per verified identity. Invited new accounts and their inviter each receive 20 credits after email verification, while the inviter has one of 20 monthly rewarded slots available. Each party receives another 100 credits when the invited account first pays for Pro or successfully completes a Cinematic Tour; this second-stage reward is awarded once. Each invitation grant expires 60 days after issuance. No self-invitations or duplicate-account farming. Refunds or abuse can revoke unused related second-stage rewards; no automatic card recovery is made for already spent rewards. VIP accounts do not receive promotional credits.

Automatic renewal. Pro is a subscription that renews automatically every month at the then-current price (currently $29 USD; the total charged is shown at checkout before you pay), charged through Stripe to the payment method on file on the same day of each month, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in Settings → Wallet → Manage billing. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you keep Pro access and already issued credits until then. If a renewal payment fails, Pro stays available for up to 3 days while payment is retried, and new Pro credits are issued only after the payment succeeds. We will email you before any price change applies to your subscription, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

Refunds. Except where required by law, subscription fees and credit packs are non-refundable, including partially used billing periods and unused or expired credits. If a creation fails because of a Keystory or supplier error, its reserved credits are returned automatically. If you believe you were charged in error, email support@kevv.ai within 30 days of the charge and we will review it. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, and related unused credits and invitation rewards are revoked. Opening a payment dispute has the same effect on related credits.

Listing library capacity. Free libraries have a 100-listing capacity; Pro libraries have no listing count limit and are not automatically cleared. When your Free library is full, saving a new listing (including extension auto-save) automatically and permanently deletes your oldest saved listing that you did not add by hand and that is not used in a report, Flyer, or video, removing archived listings first, and Keystory tells you which listing it replaced. If every saved listing is in use, the save is refused until you delete a listing or upgrade. After a downgrade your existing listings are kept; each new save then replaces one older unused listing.

By creating an account, you agree that Kevv AI Labs Inc. may email you at the address associated with your account. This includes service and transactional messages (sign-in links, receipts, billing and security notices, and notices about your content and videos) and product updates, tips, and promotional messages about Keystory and other Kevv AI Labs products.

You can unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time with the unsubscribe link in any such email or by writing to support@kevv.ai. Service and transactional messages continue while you have an account.

We may change, pause, or remove features. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Kevv AI Labs Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

You can close your account at any time by emailing support@kevv.ai. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.

We’ll update the date above when terms change. Material changes are emailed to signed-in users.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms or the service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware, and you and we consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
