Keystory (“the service”) is operated by Kevv AI Labs Inc. It lets licensed real estate professionals capture publicly visible listing data, organize it, and share curated views with their clients.

• Use the extension only on listing pages of the supported sites (Zillow, StreetEasy, Redfin, Realtor.com, Homes.com, Compass, OneKey MLS) and only for your own professional workflow.
• Don’t use the service to scrape sites at scale, resell data, or violate any source site’s terms.
• Don’t upload content you don’t have rights to share with your clients.
• Don’t attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse, or overwhelm the service’s infrastructure. We rate-limit aggressively.

You own everything you create in Keystory — listings, reports, narrative copy, agent profile. We have a license to store and process it solely to operate the service for you. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.

Listing facts, photos, and descriptions originate from third-party real estate portals. We don’t guarantee their accuracy or freshness. Always verify against the source listing and the MLS before relying on any number for a transaction.

When you click “Generate narrative”, an LLM produces written copy from the listing facts you’ve saved. You are responsible for reviewing and editing that copy before publishing or sharing — treat it as a draft, not finished work.

Keystory is currently in early access. We may change, pause, or remove features. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Kevv AI Labs Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

You can close your account at any time by emailing support@kevv.ai. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.

We’ll update the date above when terms change. Material changes are emailed to signed-in users.
