Privacy Policy

The extension runs only on real estate listing pages of seven specific sites: Zillow, StreetEasy, Redfin, Realtor.com, Homes.com, Compass, and OneKey MLS. On those pages it reads publicly visible listing data — address, price, beds, baths, square footage, year built, photos, listing description, and the page URL — and sends them to your Keystory account at keystory.kevv.ai.

The extension does not read or transmit anything on any other website. It does not run on banking, email, social media, or any non-listing page.

The extension stores two small things locally in your browser via chrome.storage: your auto-save on/off preference, and a 30-day list of listing URLs you’ve already saved (used to avoid duplicate saves).

When you sign in and use keystory.kevv.ai, we store:

• Account: your email address (via Supabase Auth).
• Listings & reports: the listing data you save, the reports you build, the agent profile information you add (name, company, phone, email, headshot, logo).
• Engagement events on public report share pages (e.g. /share/abc123): page views, scroll depth, listing clicks, contact button clicks, time spent. Captured against an opaque first-party session cookie — we do not collect IP addresses or run third-party analytics SDKs.

• No browsing history outside the seven supported listing sites.
• No personal data about your clients beyond what you choose to type in.
• No third-party advertising or marketing trackers.
• Nothing at all from the extension when you’re not signed in to keystory.kevv.ai.

• To run the service: store your library, render reports, generate share pages and PDFs.
• To show you which listings and reports your clients engaged with.
• To detect and fix bugs, abuse, and rate-limit violations.
• To improve the product. We do not sell your data and do not share it with advertisers.

• Supabase— authentication and file storage (uploaded photos, headshots, logos).
• Railway— PostgreSQL database hosting and Next.js app hosting.
• Mapbox— address geocoding and map tiles.
• OpenAI / Azure OpenAI / Anthropic— only when you explicitly click “Generate narrative”, the listing facts and your client brief are sent to the configured LLM provider to produce written copy. No data is sent to LLMs automatically.
• Cloudflare— DNS and edge for the keystory.kevv.ai domain.

Listings, reports, and engagement events stay in your account until you delete them or close your account. Email support@kevv.ai to request account deletion or a data export — we’ll action it within 30 days.

If you’re in the EU/UK (GDPR) or California (CCPA/CPRA), you have the right to access, correct, port, or delete your data. Contact us at the address below to exercise any of these rights.

Keystory is a tool for licensed real estate professionals. It is not directed at anyone under 18 and we don’t knowingly collect data from minors.

If we change anything material, we’ll update the date at the top of this page and notify signed-in users by email.
